Trial Lessons & Introduction Flights make the ideal gift for those wishing to experience the thrill of flying a light aircraft, either as a one-off experience or an introduction to obtaining a Pilot Licence and further.

A flying lesson involves a briefing before the flight from one of our very experienced instructors, maximum time to control the aircraft once up in the air and plenty of opportunity to take photos and videos.
We endeavour to go wherever we can to make the flight unforgettable and have often been overhead Birmingham City Centre and Birmingham Airport (subject to Air Traffic Control).
Once the aircraft is back on terra firma, the instructor will debrief the lucky person and present them with a completion certificate with details of the flying lesson so they can add it to their logbook further down the line!

• 30 or 50 minute trial lessons are available.

Flying Lessons - Terms and Conditions
• The Trial Lesson voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and may be extended by one month before the validity expires.
• Flying Lessons are non refundable.
• Actions taken by the Pilot in Command with regard to flight safety are final, this includes cancellation due to weather and other operational reasons.
• Airspace FTS reserves the right to cancel a planned flight for operational reasons.
• If the intended recipient doesn't take the lesson, the voucher may be transferred and Airspace FTS should be informed.
• Passengers may be taken at the discretion of the Pilot in Command, Airspace FTS reserves the right to refuse passengers for operational reasons.
